December Curbside Pickup

What:  CCE Curbside Pickup – All classes

When: Tuesday, December 8, 1:00 – 4:00 pm*

Where:  3-minute loading zone in front of school.

Who:  All CCE families.  All classes participating in December curbside pickup

Please bring a sign with students first and last name and last name of teacher. Place sign on passenger side window.  Materials will be placed in trunk of vehicle. 

Our CCE Curbside Materials Pickup tomorrow Tuesday, December 8, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. is confirmed as we will ensure that the exchange be as contactless as possible to avoid transmitting the virus. Please read below to follow the precautions and safety protocol we have established. It is important that we maintain the safety of our Students, Staff and Families with limiting our contact and interactions during this event. Staff will be wearing face shields in addition to masks and wearing gloves. We ask that all drivers and passengers wear masks while in the car.

To ensure social distancing and safety guidelines, our staff and volunteers respectfully ask that together we maintain no to minimal contact during the exchange. Círculo Exchange has been postponed this Tuesday and we will not be exchanging Círculo books at this time. We ask that everyone please wear a face covering as you arrive on campus. Staff will be wearing face coverings, as well.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Drive Southbound on Anderson Road to César Chávez 3-minute Loading Zone
  • Driver or front passenger present a sign through your car window to present to a staff member on curbside of Loading Zone clearly written on it; you do not need to roll down the window or adhere the sign to car
    o Student’s last name
    o Teacher(s) last name
  • Car driver automatically or manually opens the trunk, to minimize contact please remain in the car when a staff member places the items into the trunk.
  • If you arrive at school on foot or bike, please form a line (maintaining six-feet of distance from other families) at the designated spots for pick up or drop off.
