Principal Dunn Update - May 7, 2023
Posted on 05/07/2023
Queridos padres de familia de CCE,

This past Thursday afternoon, our school campus felt a collective sense of relief after the terrifying acts of violence in our community. We share our condolences with the families, friends, and neighbors of the victims and join our community with wishes for healing, and gratitude for the law enforcement agencies and Davis citizens for all their efforts.

I also want to thank the CCE Supervision Team, our School Counselor, Teachers, Paraeducators, Support and Office Staff, Marc Hicks our District Safety Coordinator, and CCE parents Darci and David Silbaugh for their dedicated attention to the physical and emotional safety of our students and staff on our campus this week and throughout this school year!

Furthermore, the CCE Staff and I would like to express our sincerest gratitude to SIPAT, our classroom reps, and all the families and students for your kind acts and generous words and gifts during our Principal, Teacher Appreciation, and Lunch Hero Week…your support helped each of us get through these challenging times!

¡Muchas gracias!

Sra. Dunn

Meet Monique, CCE Campus Safety Supervisor
