Please remember our last day of school is Thursday, June 9 all 1st – 6th grade students will be dismissed at 12:30 p.m. Students will have the option to pick up a grab and go sack lunch after school at 12:30 p.m., Kindergartners can pick up a grab and go sack lunch starting at 11:45 a.m.

Finally, it is important to know that last Friday was CCE’s final Healthy Davis Together test day as there is no school this upcoming Friday. Students and Staff are welcome to test this week at the following DJUSD school sites or Davis Locations.

6th Grade mural

6th Grade Traditional Mural

An important CCE tradition is the 6th Grade Ball Wall Mural, an artistic expression for our students to leave their mark and inspirational message for all Spanish Immersion students to bestow. Since our school’s ball walls are not available, DJUSD worked with our school to provide plywood and installation of the mural on our old MPR. We want to congratulate our 6th graders on their promotion and thank them for this inspirational gift which celebrates their 7 year journey learning Spanish!
