Fall Parent-Teacher Fall Conferences: November 17-21, 2025.
During this week,
Kinder–6th–grade students who do not attend Catalyst or SPARK are dismissed at 12:05 PM. The TK schedule remains the same, pick up at 11:45 a.m.
Kindergarten students:
• Dismissal time for conference week will be at 12:05 pm. Students who are not picked up by 12:10 will be escorted to the office. Students that go to Catalyst Kids and SPARK aftercare will stay in the Kindergarten yard and then transition to their aftercare locations at 1:30 p.m.
1st-6th Students:
• Parents and Guardians must arrange their 1st-6th grade students’ pick-up location and/or transportation by 12:05 p.m. (including students who walk/bike to school)
• Students must place an order with their classroom teacher in the morning if they choose to order and pick up lunch from the cafeteria at 12:05 p.m.
• Students who are not picked up by 12:10 p.m. will be escorted to the front office for pick up.
• If your student orders lunch and will be eating at the tables, parents may walk on campus to pick up their student before 12:30 p.m. at the MPR tables.
• Students must be accompanied by an adult to visit the Scholastic Book Fair between 12:05-2:00 p.m. (see more information below).
• Students that go to Catalyst Kids and SPARK aftercare will stay on CCE campus and then transition to their aftercare locations at 1:30 p.m.
